The ABIC program is located at the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development at the Aboriginal Centre at 181 Higgins Avenue. Entrepreneurs are provided with all the benefits of Virtual Incubation Manitoba participants.

The current Phase of the VIM Program has now ended.  The Virtual Incubator Program was specifically designed to assist Technology companies or companies using technology to enhance their businesses.  The form of assistance varied widely.  It was delivered according to the individual requirements of the participant.  VIM offered many standardized services that included traditional management services such as business planning, strategic planning, market research, management consulting and mentoring.  What set VIM apart from most other programs is that the VIM program was designed to be flexible and responsive to the participants' needs and schedules.
